Their website and Google both list their opening time on Sundays as 9am; a sign on the door says 10am. Not cool. I wasted time, effort, & gas.

Checked in online and was given a ETA of 61 min, got a text to come inside after 60 mins wait, my name was next in the monitor, but was told there was a mix up and a family was not put into the computer correctly and they would get to them first even though they were after me in this list. What’s the point of online check in if they are going to go in the order they want anyway???? In my opinion I shouldn’t have had to be bumped because of their mess up.

AVOID DAVID LU!!! Absolute worst haircut I've received not only did he just do his own thing, but he was extremely rough to the point I was bleeding on my neck. I feel bad because I have never had a problem out of this place before, but I do not know where else to leave a complaint about an individual. Not one to complain, I know things happen but this haircut was both painful to receive and painful to look at
