Henry has provided quality diagnostics and careful repair of many parts of my plumbing system, and he's fantastically resourceful. I cannot recommend CPI highly enough.

Josh was incredibly friendly and professional. I felt as if he was a guest in my home and I was able to keep working in my office the entire time. He has been the best service provider that we’ve called out to our house over the last 15+ years. I would definitely request him again and will use CPI for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

CPI was the only company that could come to look at my heat pump within a week. They arrived early and gave me a price to diagnose the problem for $650 that included 2hrs of time to diagnose the problem. I was told that Diakin is not known for their support and that my system from 2012 was old and might need to be replaced if a diagnosis couldn’t be found, which would cost between $28,000-$35,000. I said to go ahead with the diagnosis knowing that I would have to pay more for a fix. After a couple hours I was told that Daikin support could not be reached. He had been waiting for a response for an hour. If they were able to be reached they would ask him to clean the coil because the outside unit was very dirty. The coil cleaning would cost $600 and then he could get an accurate reading from the meter but he still needed to hear from Daikin support to know how much refrigerant to put in the system. In the end they never heard fromDaikin support and quoted me $1,100 to remove all refrigerant and replace it with new and wait over night to find out if there was a leak. Or they could add refrigerant at $250 per lb. I couldn’t afford it anymore so I stopped. After talking with another HVAC company was told that it was outrageous what I had paid. Even putting the most expensive refrigerant is around $155 per lb I was told. I hope this helps someone before they end up paying way over price for service. When I looked at the work they had done they left all of the filters out of the head units and didn’t put the case on the outside unit correctly. This just added to my frustration. *Reply* So your quality is to leave things unfinished and not put things back together correctly after you have taken them apart and that is why it costs so much?
