I took my car battery to change it,so I waited 3hrs to pick it up, but they never charge it and the guy told me thet the battery was bad and have to take it to Auto zone.

Incorrectly installed my battery (missing screws, screws there not tightened, and clamps missing) which left me stranded on the side of the highway. Had to wait 6 days for anyone to call me about the issue and they offered no solution, questioned me about my truthfulness, and didn’t apologize once.
