We have lived here about 2 years now. The most important factor to happiness in this neighborhood is appropriate expectations. If you understand and are happy about what you are getting, it's a great place to live. Although some residents complain about the HOA, I have visited Express Homes developments that do not have an HOA, and I would not live there. Very messy for a new neighborhood. The homes here are nice but not luxury homes. If luxury is what you are looking for, save a bit more money and keep looking. We have great neighbors. The quality of our house has been fine. It's nice place to live in the country.

Yes, the bedrooms have centered light fixtures. We replaced them with ceiling fans. Unfortunately, Express Homes achieves their aggressive pricing by extreme standardization. They will not make any changes.
