I love this IHOP, it is a short wait, the food is fresh and the area is nice. I have not had an issue hanging outside waiting or in my car. The manager is nice they are real cool. The burgers are juicy, the fries/onion rings are crispy and the pancakes are fluffy. It's all worth it.

I was craving french toast and decided to place an order to go via the app. I was given a pickup time of 9:46, arrived at 9:45 and my order was ready! The waitress that helped me was very nice. My food was packed neatly and was delicious!!

Two of us went to IHOP on a busy Sunday morning for brunch. We only had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The hostess and front desk were friendly despite being extremely busy. Our server stopped by pretty quickly and got our drinks and order quickly. The food came out in a timely manner. The good was good and not cold. The waiter stopped by to refill our drinks often and ask if we needed anything. One item I our order was incorrect but the server fixed it right away. The tables were clean and the Covid dividers were still up. The staff still wore masks.
