I came here to rent out a slip, not knowing any information about how it works. There was a young lady named Gaby that was in the store to help me. I was greeted immediately and told her that i needed a slip for a 22’ bass boat. She told me all of the information i needed to know, even though the manager was not in that day. She was extremely helpful and very nice. I recommend talking to her for whatever you need.

Gabby was such a lovely ray of sunshine—our family is visiting from out of state and we showed up to the marina lacking the most important item—ice cream! She helped us find an ice cream for each kiddo and was so patient—really helpful! Chandler’s Landing is such a clean tidy location—highly recommend.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Worst service ever. It was very unprofessional, ran by kids, who do not understand customer service at all. My family and I had a boat scheduled for my dad's birthday. We get ONE call from Gabby, who didn't even call the correct person who is the contact for the boat rental, left no details as to why she's calling 45 minutes before we are supposed to be there. We call back two minutes later, no one answers and it just rings. We continue to call at least 15 more times before arriving to the marina. Once we are there, we are told our reservation was canceled due to wind. Gabby was very unprofessional and giggling when she told us it was canceled then proceeded to tell us the phones weren't working, but answered the phone after we left. I would recommend using a different marina for boat rentals and save yourself the headache. Chandler's Landing, you should do better, especially when you are charging so much.

Brooke was so sweet and kind. Tanner was absolutely exceptional at assisting us with all the things for our boat for the day. He went out of his way to assist us. So hospitable. I own a business in Dallas & would hire them in a second! Love this Marina & the people.
