57 min to get a shower and the app showed me as number 2 in line. Second, no coffee at 6:45 am. Automatic coffee machine was down, the Colombian pull down was out, and the cold brew was also out. Only one employee behind counter attending to 7 ppl in line. Had to settle for “House Blend”. Yuck.

Apparently no hot water in the showers . Sat there for two days and the issue wasn't resolved. Found out that there was hot water, only that they were unsanatized nor clean because neither shift wanted to clean them...Sooooo irresponsible!. Specially now with Covid issues ! If Drivers need to stop there for more than 24 hrs. It is imperative to atleast be able to take a shower to release the working stress! Please address this issue! Hire employees that are willing to clean the showers. Or hire a manager that is willing to supervise the site!

Great Loves! Very welcoming and non-robotic staff working there at 4AM; from the ladies up front to the guy & lady at Carl's Jr. The place is super clean too. Good vibe. Much appreciated.

I’m giving it 4 stars, because it’s the only loves in the area - I came in and found a parking spot right next to the entrance, went in to get food - came back out to see a HPD cruiser parked next to me.. So assuming I take a nap, I’m going to be a peace that no decrepit drug addicted lot lizard will be soliciting her furry battle axe wound to me for the low low Labor Day holiday price of $8.00 🥴 I didn’t look at the showers, or the bathrooms, but from the appearance of the parking grounds I’m just gonna go ahead and say, wash your body somewhere else if you can. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Oh yeah, if you go to Carl’s for a monster biscuit breakfast sandwich, expect to be disappointed. Either they didn’t follow instructions, or the breakfast biscuit sandwich is false advertising in the advertisement picture. They gonna charge you full price for it tho 🥴
