Saying that they have customer parking and that they have 24 hour parking is a little misleading. Where there is car or auto parking there are signs up saying one hour parking only. I was looking for a place to camp in my car. This is not gonna work.
You can park anytime but yes, it starts to fill around 4pm. There are some business close by that I've seen people park at on the street you can still walk to the Loves from
I think he's referring to truck parking as most truck drivers have to stop to sleep. The answer is no, this location is pretty much filled by 5pm.
