Stopped by a couple of weeks ago because brake service lights went on again. Already had the back brakes and rotors replaced in a two year old Silverado with not even 30k miles on it. When they said the front were all rusted and the rotors needed to be replaced as well, I was ready to trade in the truck. The service advisor understood and went to the manager who warranted the work. They said they never seen damage like this and so quick in a newer truck. They figured it must have been a bad batch of parts. Either way, I am thankful and truly appreciate their understanding and standing behind their brand and repairing the parts under warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealer for their service and I will also stop by to see how their sales force handles my next truck purchase!
