First came to WenBelle in March of 1995. Just before my Last child was born. Stayed for 3 years until moving with my then husband. Moved back in June of 2009. Must say that I Love it here. Management is right on the ball getting things fixed. Very easy to talk to .Neighbors are great and everything you could want down town is just down over the hill. You will do just fine here if you want to play by the rules. There aren't that many. Nothing more than any other landlord would want. Pay your rent. Keep your apartment clean. Be mindful of your neighbors. On a whole everyone is very nice here.

My dad lived comfortably here for over twenty years, and I now have lived here for quite some time as well with my significant other and now our new baby girl. Very affordable, up to date and well taken care of apartments, and it has everything you would want in a home — large living room, beautiful kitchen, full bathroom with sit in tub, on site washing and drying, beautiful flooring and freshly painted walls all coming together in a nice, modern, up to date and comfortable space. The new owners are very sweet, compassionate people who are doing a wonderful job as well — quick response and fixing of any maintenance issues, genuine care for their tenants, and to top it off, the people here are all very neighborly and kind in this little cozy community at Wenbelle!

Apartment complex is beautifully maintained and in walking distance of many amenities. Owners are wonderful addressing any issues promptly. It is a safe and quiet apartment complex that we enjoy being residents of. We love our mini blacony and the onsite laundry facility. We very happy living here.

I have lived here for 4+ years. It’s a solid place to live. I have worked nights and days and the apartments stay quiet. The people who own it are very nice and helpful. The apartments are good sized too.
