I just finished up a stint at The Residences at Manchester Place. It is very clean, has covered parking, and is located within walking distance to various downtown restaurants and bars. The management and staff were extremely attentive. In my time there, most issues were solved within an extremely short amount of time. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in the property and the needs of the residents. I highly recommend living here.

I have enjoyed living here very much so far. The place is kept clean and peaceful. The building is in great condition. The staff work on making sure that the building is well maintained. All the staff members I have met have been friendly and helpful. I feel safe and secure living here. It is conveniently located due to the fact that Manchester is relatively close to many places like Boston and Portsmouth. This particular complex is also located in a great place within Manchester itself. It is easy to get to many places and roads that connect to other parts of town due to its location. It is walking distance to several shops downtown and public transportation. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to live here.

I only lived there for a little over a month, but we found the place nice and very conveniently located (walking distance from a lot of cool stops!) the staff is wonderful, we love the assistant community manager Nancy, she was very accommodating. They have a good gym, a very awesome community center, and we never had trouble with parking. The maintenance staff was prompt to solve our problems and the mail situation is great. Garbage disposing is very convenient as well. All in all, I’d recommend it! Great apartments. If you lock yourself out though, just be ready to pay a big fee. I never did, but a friend of mine did and it’s a lot of money.

I lived here for about 2.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location is great with many restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance. The garage is one of my favorite amenities, especially with the New England winters. The staff is super nice and helpful. Maintenance was always quick and efficient. The recently renovated lobby is really nice and they now have a locked room for packages that requires a unique code that changes with every package you get which is great as I’ve had issues with packages going missing in previous apartments. If you’re looking for a modern, safe, and clean apartment that’s close to downtown, definitely consider looking here!
