We were waiting in the automotive department for a manager to confirm our battery swap for well over 30 mins and had to be somewhere so we had to leave. We came back about an hour later, thankfully, the second time we were able to get assistance... Still took around 20 minutes. However, we did get it swapped. The staff was kind but relatively ambivalent, as per the standard Wal-Mart employee stereotype.

Decent range, but low key depressing, like many Wal-Mart stores. But when you need a good deal on a TV, where else are you gonna go? At least this location still has regular checkouts (albeit lightly staffed) and doesn’t force you to bag your entire $600 purchase. Finally, the store is way too hot - clearly they are trying to save money on their AC bill by making their customers uncomfortable, which has the effect of making people more bad tempered and unhelpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had everything we needed. The reason I gave it 4 stars is cause the men's restroom at the front of the store looked and smelled like an outhouse that was tossed about in a tornado.

I have used this store for many years and appreciated the curbside and then delivery service during the pandemic. Today marked an all time low when I received a deli sandwich that was opened on one end with part of it obviously eaten. The worst part was that nobody in the delivery extension bothered to answer the phone. Voicemail was full and no way to report this. The main Walmart service has been great to refund individual items, but this store management is just bad.
