I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my whole entire life and the situation should’ve of never happened. I needed to make a trip to get some personal items and take advantage of the coupons I received via target circle app. The cashier forgot to give me my $5 gift card for a promo that I took advantage of, the cashier instructed me to go to the service desk because it was already to late to give me my gift card. I went to the service desk and explained to the service team member that I didn’t get my gift card and I forgot to scan my cartwheel for $2 off Colgate toothpaste. Brie the ETL was right next to her and I explained my situation again. Instead of making it right she belittled me and argued with me about giving me my gift card and $2 off! She told me I’m not allowed to get $2 off and my gift card.Since I told her verbally I was going to return she told me “I’m not allowed to get my $5 giftcard”.I’ve worked for target over 7yrs and I never once argued with someone over something so small. For someone to tell me the policy when I know it is ridiculous. I’m so upset and had to leave because I was shaking and then she was telling a customer who was behind me about why she didn’t give me gift card which is also unprofessional. Last time I check employees don’t own target or the items inside and I wasn’t trying to get over on anyone. For someone to argue with me over a gift and $2 is beyond me. Thanks for embarrassing me and arguing with Brie you made my Target experience wonderful.

Pretty nice as far as targets go! South Park meadows parking lot is awful, but what can you do. This is a super target so you’ve got your Starbucks, Pizza Hut and grocery store inside. All the other things you could need or want!

Be prepared to have parts of your pick up order canceled, because they are still listing items that are actually out of stock. If you do actually go inside be prepared to have zero assistance, and to wait in line at checkout.
