The service department has gone far downhill. I will try to keep this as short as I can and only focus on my most recent experience, however, I have been a customer here for over 20 years, and I've had other bad experiences recently. I made an appointment 3-days in advance for warranty service and an oil change, hoping to make one trip. Upon arrival on Friday at 8:30am, I was notified that my truck could not be looked at until the next Monday or Tuesday, because too many vehicles came in ahead of me that morning. I made an appointment, was on time, but does not matter. Huh? So I opt for the oil change only at this time which took over 2 hours. FWIW, the service rep was very pleasant (the only good point). I go home that afternoon, and my truck is parked for a full day in my driveway. The next day (Sunday) I notice a large oil spot on my driveway coming from my truck. I open the hood and see oil spilled in the engine compartment and more oil in the drip pan below the oil filter, which drains to the ground, still dripping on my driveway. If I expected this quality of service, I would NOT have gone to the dealer and paid dealer prices for such unprofessional service. After being a long-term and loyal Ford customer here, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your service needs.

Definitely do not recommend the services department. I had to schedule and drop the car during the week otherwise the issues could not be looked at. After 5 days with the car I get a call saying that they won’t fix any of the issues on the warranty. Some issues were just dismissed because it’s normal for this type of car according to them. Deeply disappointing. PS: Jackie was great to deal with and kept me informed about the progress of everything, I wish the technicians would care as much as she does.

i custom-ordered a ford maverick this past summer through maxwell ford. i had a great experience with Fernando, he was very helpful throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. the delivery of the vehicle once it was shipped from the factory was quick and encountered no surprises in terms of pricing or previously discussed terms of purchase. i'd highly recommend Fernando for those that are looking for a great dealership experience.

5 Stars for Maxwell Ford and Bill Howell. Bill purchased my truck from me with a very relaxed, easy process. I'm guessing my truck will be for sale at their location on 35. 1 owner truck, I bought it brand new and it has been taken care of very well. Will be a lucky person who buys this White 2013 Nissan Frontier in Excellent condition. Hurry, it won't last long.

Basically the same things as any where else.
For that you have to go where the parts are sold.I am just a luckier buyer.
