I’m thankful I found this salon. Natasha is the best stylist I’ve been to for hair straightening. Usually my hair wouldn’t stay straight as long as it does when she does it. She’s the best and salon is nice, there is someone there for any style you might want. ♥️

I totally wanted to love my experience!! The customer service is on point, the vibe, atmosphere ON POINT!! However, the knowledge of services not so much. I had been anticipating my visit here prior to moving. Over the phone I kept asking do they provide two strand twists to the scalp on natural hair? I was confidently told “yes” by 2 different people to only show up and that not be the case😔my heart sank because I removed my crochet for this appointment. But I remained positive because the stylist said she could at least do the individual two strand twists…so I went with it. The stylist was very accommodating, sweet spirit and kind. I would have preferred a fuller look which is what the two strand to the scalp would’ve have given me.

I went this last Saturday to get short box braids and a hair trim and let me tell you I will be back for sure. My stylist Luis did so well communicating with me throughout the process and he was so polite and kind. He was also extremely gentle with my head and I am tender-headed. A lady who I assume owns the shop bought me a taco which was delicious 🌮. The environment and energy at Salon X Change is incredible it's such a fun atmosphere and I'll definitely be back.

It was so shiny, smooth and silky ! Natasha does the best silk presses in the city it lasted at least two weeks. On top of that she’s totally on top of Management of her timeline. I love it here and so glad I found it a few months ago! Run don’t walk! But don’t take my spot lol
