Was the last cut of the barbers shift and he was not happy about it. Didn’t give me the haircut I wanted. It was uneven and lazy. Then I was charged full price for whatever as essentially a buzzcut. Don’t go to this location.

I've been a patron ever since I moved to Austin 12 years ago, and have never had a bad experience until recently. I am a male that HAD shoulder length hair, and went in for a shape up cut. I even had reference pictures of not only myself, but other people with the cut as well. I've noticed the turnaround in stylists is way higher than it used to be, and I find it difficult to even keep a consistent stylist from cut to cut. I went in, and the first stylist gave me a women's A-cut (a karen cut). I went a day or two later after actually seeing the hack job (they never showed me the back) to get it fixed after talking to management. Now i'm rocking a sweet chin length women's bob after another hack job. I've only had worse cuts at Supercuts. I used to love coming here, but I've lost confidence in the staff to not absolutely destroy years worth of hair growth. Time to move on I guess.

Patrick was awesome. He took his time and did exactly what I asked to have done. My pixie is finally a pixie again. I will definitely keep going back.

Chris A is the best! I’ve been coming to him for a few months now and every time is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten, plus fantastic and interesting conversation. Highly recommend.
