Food was very good. Coffee is delicious. Food was ready relatively quickly. Customer service was horrible. Waited for several minutes before any of the employees even acknowledged that I was there. They weren’t friendly, and they overfill coffee cups. Always spill coffee on my hands and in my car because they continue to overfill their cups.

I ordered a pumpkin cold brew with cold foam and toppings and in the middle of my order I was interrupted which was kinda rude and so then I get to the window and I’m sitting there for 5 minutes with nobody coming to the window and finally someone comes and tells me to pull up. At least 10 minutes goes by and the car behind us already got their items and starts honking at me. Someone who works there comes out yelling at me saying i already received my order and asking me what I’m still doing here. i tell her i didn’t receive my order and she’s just so rude sighing really loud and rolling her eyes at me. Worst customer service ever. I was so upset I just ended up leaving. One thing I’m gonna say is just don’t have such a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work just quit nobody is making you come to work. 😐

Update...I was passing by and decided that I would check to see if they happened to have donuts this time. This did! But they were stale as hell! Do they not bake them fresh anymore? They taste like they were frozen and thawed out. The lobby was closed due to "lack of staffing" (Two employees working and they can't have the lobby open?) I drive up to the window to ask what sort of donuts they have. I was told I had to drive around and look at the menu. They only have 9 types of donuts. Do you mean the person working the window just couldn't tell me? Pathetic. Definitely not going back anymore. I was a Dunkin Donuts fanatic when I was a kid. Best to keep them as a memory. I've gone there 4 times and every time they had no donuts. How does that happen? You're frickin" Dunkin Donuts!

My family and I are huge fans of Dunkin’. The struggle can be real when the coffee orders don’t taste just right. Today we have experienced amazing customer service and per my mom’s words, “The coffee God’s hands” resulting in her ordering a second Charli Cold Foam. The whole entire atmosphere was friendly and just down to earth. Thank y’all for an uplifting experience.
