Paid for the premium car wash. The car wash system was broken and the rollers weren't spinning. The wash system didn't print a reciept, so they refused to issue a refund because i had no reciept.

Broken car wash. Only sprayed water on my car and car wash stalled out. When I went inside to ask for a refund, employees argued with me that my car was wet and therefore they would not give me a refund. The continued to argue with me when I further explained the failed experience in the car wash. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
