I loved the breakfast in the morning! Just make sure to not come late, they pick up right after the breakfast hour with no left overs. I am so grateful we have a great room and great service during our stay.

This hotel is 6 years old but looks like new. The hotel lobby was filled with this wonderful scent as well as the room. I stayed in #124 and it was perfect! The room was cold and the refrigerator was cold and it looks like you use filtered water for the ice machine, thanks for that. Breakfast was awesome as well. This will be my go to hotel when I'm in town. I commend the housekeeping manager for an excellent job 👍

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful, the hotel is specious, the room and the beds were comfortable, breakfast had a good veriaty and San Juanita did a great job keeping warm food stocked and kept the breakfast room very clean. I deducted one star for the one thing that could be improved which is the laundry. For such a nice big, well kept hotel, I was surprised to find a small laundry room with just one washing machine and one dryer, both small and old. Neither showed the time of the cycle so I had to guess. I had to do 2 loads so it took a long time, moreover, I had to run 2 dryer cycles for each load and still the cloths were moist and not fully dry. There wasn't a chair to sit and wait so I had to leave the laundry unattended. For the space, I would say that the hotel can probably fit 2 newer stackable washer-dryer sets. In the meantime, if you need your laundry done, I suggest you find another solution.

Front desk needs to speak slower and more deliberately for clarity and so guests aren't asking them to repeat themselves. Other than that daily breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee was still available after hours when lights were out... so that helped me stay alert for late remote work. My request for a callback from maintenance was not returned. Nor was my call for housekeeping Mgr about my possible lost passport. 😤 Even if not located, the COURTESY of a call is part of the job! OTHERWISE, NICE ROOMS. COMFORTABLE HOTEL in general. I had to pull out a Loyalty card # from over 10yrs... that was the last time I've been to a Best Western. I would return.
