Nice clean hotel, they've got a good selection of snacks and drinks if needed. Nice big rooms, full size fridge and kitchenette came with basic dishes needed for a "home cooked" meal.

Positive: It was clean and convenient Negative: We had an event to attend at 6pm and needed to get cleaned up. Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm but we were not able to get into our room until 5:40pm. We were late for our event. I understand they were short staffed.

After traveling so many hours this was an amazing hotel. We were in town for a wedding. Extremely clean. Spacious bathroom. Accepted our pets (for a small fee), lots of room in the room for the dogs and lots of open space around the hotel to walk them. Had the full size fridge, stove area, a full kitchen with utensils and even a toaster. The window even opened for a fresh air breeze. Was very quiet for a holiday weekend. Extremely friendly staff (especially Leslie, who was working Friday night) she accommodated my many requests (room not near an elevator, no top floor, extra pillows etc) free coffee by the lobby which was weirdly delicious. Only thing was I wish they had a free breakfast I could have sworn that was advertised. Other than that was a great hotel and stay we would for sure visit again.

Only good things about this hotel is its location which is right of I35 and they helped me to check in 1 hr prior to regular time, now that's out of the way lets focus on improvements. 1. Paper thin walls offer no noise isolation - I could hear traffic from I35 throughout night. To make matter worse, I had noisy neighbors around me, who started making noise around 2.40 am and that lasted till 4 am. 2. Faulty or misplaced appliances - Ice maker in the refrigerator was broken so even after I turned it off, it kept dispensing ice and making noise throughout night. They provided dishwasher but no utensils why do we need dishwasher then? There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot. 3. Breakfast - At this price all IHG chain hotels provide breakfast but this hotel don't. 4. COVID protocols - No employees wore mask, now that's not mandatory in Texas but then why to brag putting posters near reception and other area. Other IHG hotels in Texas I stayed in recent times, wore masks as a minimum. 5. Stay Preferences - were not respected, I always ask for room away from elevator and on higher floors if available, but despite hotel being not busy, these were not respected. May be that could have helped me to get away from noisy visitors on top and helped me with my sleep. Overall, avoid this hotel if you can, there is Holiday Inn right across block, may be that will be a good spot next time for me.
