I hate to leave this review because Cracker Barrel has always been a favorite of mine but this time I was very unsatisfied. For starters the seating area was nasty, there was food all underneath the table… the place was 3/4 empty with lots of staff around so kinda upsetting that nobody could clean before having someone sit there.. as far as my meal went well the Sweet Ice Tea is extremely sweet, you can taste the brew of the tea and it was hot hardly any ice.. secondly the waiter Logan was not very attentive, I saw him only the times he brought the food and drinks. When the food was finally brought out after a long wait it was not even hot it was mildly warm to cold in seconds of having it. The corn had no flavor it was not cooked all the way, the gravy on my mash potatoes was disgusting it was kinda hard like it came out of a fridge and the microwave it, I could tell the meals had been sitting in the kitchen for a while from the look of it. Also to top it off my side salad had a hair in it, absolutely disgusting. CHECK YOUR FOOD! The best thing about my entire meal was my ice cold water. This place needs improvement on customer service and it’s meals. Very likely I wont be back here.

Let me be clear here: I LOVE Cracker Barrel, so it pains me to leave this review, but to be blunt this is consistently the WORST Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been in. The management is lazy, providing no guidance, help, or oversight for the waitstaff, who are across-the-board unhelpful, slow, lacking in customer service skills, and without even trying to attempt to provide service beyond the bare minimums. Top that off with a kitchen staff that is both unbelievably slow (45 min+ for a basic breakfast dish, even when fully staffed and not overly crowded), and incapable of something as basic for a Cracker Barrel as eggs over-medium, hash brown casserole so overcooked and dry it literally cut my mouth to eat, and breakfast ham so hard and dry it was ham jerky, and you have the Cracker Barrel from Hell where hopes of decent food go to die.

Food was to die for. Absolutely delicioso. The wait is long but so worrh it when you're in their shop. Everything is so beautiful. The environment is nice and great servers with great attitudes. Definitely recommend 👌 (Pecan pancakes #1)

Went in to the gift store looking for more pond puppies and I didn’t see any on the floor so Mary the associate came to ask if I needed some help, I said yes I am looking for the adoption pound puppies, like you sold me last time, she went to the back to see the Receiving shipment and yes she found two,I said great I will take both. And a strawberry shortcake doll ,as well. Thanks Mary for helping me and giving great customer service. I love going into this store. Beautiful merchandise to pick from and beautiful displays, and great customer service.

Yes legs, thighs, wings and breast.. Very good and hot when you get it
They do just ask for a breakfast menu. They also have their fall menu out right now, pumpkin everything
Social distance tables wear a mask unless you're seated at a table eating. Very clean
I'm not sure if they do, but they are in the same shopping center as Walmart and they are really close by Cabela's so you should be able to park overnight in at least one of those.
No they will be closed.
They are open on T Day, they have been open every Thanksgiving since the start. I think they also run regular hours, but I'd double check
