I stopped by and picked up my order. The food was good but customer service was lacking. I arrived inside and employees walking around and was never acknowledged until after a good few minutes by another employee. Then they couldn't find my order. Employee never apologized, all he said it's been a long day.

The pizza huts new GM was the company's biggest mistake and worst choice to ever make,as a former employee she made my experience I had so so bad, the first Manger had issues but in the end I still ended up becoming close with her and still respected her this new one..she has no respect from me or almost any one else in the store. All of our job experiences have been completely ruined.

Since when was there a storage on pizza sauce? Ordered two pizza’s and one had a normal amount of sauce. The cheese pizza should have been cheese sticks. There was no sauce. Ordered 4 ranch dressings and only received 2. Also there were no delivery drivers working so they used door dash to deliver our food so I guess they get an extra star for adapting to the situation and still providing delivery. Since when did pride in your work go out the window. Pizza Hut has now fallen below Frozen pizza quality and it’s sad. Good luck staying in business without changing your current business model.

The pizza arrived 30 late, cold and over cooked. Oh and it was like I was eating a paper plate with pepperoni and a hint of cheese with a ton of grease! The crust was so thin it was nasty chewy! We ordered the pizza so we didn’t have to cook due to a death in the family and it was such a let down!
