Really clean camping, showers and toilets are well maintained. Close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool. There are a lot of trees so it wasn’t too warm in our tent even if it was really hot outside. Wifi is only working well at the pool and the front office, but it’s great to be off our phone when we are camping 😉 Staff is friendly.

The campground is in a nice location, clean but sites are small with no privacy or sewer. Staff seemed friendly at first but upon my reservation I was told I may need to move sites on our last night. When I arrived and checked in I was told I could stay on the same site. Well that morning I doubled checked and confirmed with the facility and was told I didn’t need to move. Great! My family and I went out for the day and later received a phone call at 10am stating we were wrong you now need to move and I had until 2 to get off the site and on a new different site. At 12:30 a family member ( we rented multiple sites for other family members with rv’s) called me stating there was a tractor on my site about to tow and move my camper and all my stuff to a different site! This is so unprofessional! I spoke to other campers and they had to move during there stay. Why?! Then they refused to return my deposit for the key card stating I was non existent in there system. This was the worst camping experience I have ever had. Sadly won’t be coming back.

Excellent experience. Campground is extremely well maintained with most sites nestled in wooded areas. Bathroom and showers were spotless. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only drawback was WiFi, which was basically nonexistent (which is why 4/5), cell service was perfect however. I’m surprised that more campgrounds don’t add better WiFi to attract mid week remote workers like ourselves. We would absolutely come here and work from the RV - it’s tranquil, quiet and located wonderfully close to the downtown center attractions. All in all, a great camping experience.

I give this place 5 stars because it was a very well kept the grounds and restrooms were very clean. The sites were on the smaller side but we made due. I liked it was directly off route 1 close to the beach and other activities. I loved how they show you to your site. This was our 2 trip with our new and 1st camper and the gentlemen who showed us to our site was so nice and helped direct us with backing it in. He was so patient and informative. Once we got it on the site we realized we needed leveling blocks we didn’t have any and he let us borrow some. Not many places would do that and for the hospitality that we got we will definitely be back.

Yes, all dogs must be leashed however.
Don't expect to run your tv from it as in Netflix. My camper was parked by the pool so I could make sure I had wifi. No go. But did have my at&t cell service so we were ok.
Yes they do. I have to say I have been going to this campground for over twenty years and it is one of the best around
Right now $40, off season $34
Not unless you are a really good walker. It's a few miles. Plus, Ogunquit is in the ocean; Dixon 's is on the West side of U.S. 1.
Depending on which way you're traveling from - we came from the south up 1 - there are some stores on 1 just off 95 in York. If you're looking for a big box grocery or a Walmart though, I would plan on going to Portsmouth, 15 to 20 minutes south of Dixon's. Nothing of that size is immediately nearby.
