This used to be my go to oil change spot but my latest experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Went in for an oil change when I was due, they tried to upsell me on the more expensive oil as my vehicle is under 75k miles. When I explained I wanted the gtx 5w20 ($49.99) as that's what I was given last time I was met with confusion. When Service Manager "Wanya" came to my window, asked what oil I got last time and I replied with GTX 5w20, he flat out told me "No you didn't." accusing me of lying, until I showed him the previous oil change sticker. After showing the sticker proving that I had gotten the same oil last time, I was then told suddenly my wipers needed to be changed as well as my air filter (air filter was changed at previous visit) and I would receive a complimentary oil change free of charge with the purchase of an air filter and new windshield wipers(I didn't feel like arguing any further and agreed to it) The final bill ended up being more expensive than if I were to just receive a standard oil change...which is what I came for. I can't confidently say whether or not the practices and tactics used were "illegal" but certainly nefarious and misleading as the workers there make commission in addition to hourly pay. Safe to say I'll be finding a less expensive option the next time I need my oil change.

Just went in to get my first oil change on a used Lexus I bought about 3 months ago. Young guy that waited on me checked the oil and told me since I had synthetic in, I had more than the normal 3000 miles you would go on conventional oil. He topped off my levels and put a sticker on my window to let me know when I actually needed to be back. Funny thing is I was at the Ford dealership I bought it from just 30 min prior and it was going to cost me upwards of $200 bucks to get the oil changed. Wonder if they were going to tell me I didn't need it? After all, they are the ones who changed it when it was purchased by them and should know it had synthetic and I had more miles left. Because they treated me right here on my first visit here, they won a customer going forward. Great employees!

Arrived approximately 3:15pm- at 4:15 I was still in line. Which is not ok with only 3 cars were ahead of me. After getting almost in the bay- I see a car that was just serviced pull over with issues. I felt uneasy just observing that they didn’t look as if they were sure about what they were doing. Just after arriving one individual walked to my car asked to see under hood- and left hood not attached in place- I realized that after going to another drive thru oil change place. I was super disappointed- as I am from out of town. I looked at a few good reviews before going, but didn’t see the bad ones. They had a high rating but I would not recommend this Take 5 sorry to say.

Awesome first experience at Take 5 TJ, Ron, and Jeffrey serviced my vehicle for filter and oil change, filled my tires, and checked my transmission in under 4 minutes! These guys are honest regarding what all your car needs care for and ensure that you have a great experience. Definitely going back to the Creedmoor Rd location for future services.
