I have been going here for years. I recently posted a negative review after my skid plate was removed for my oil change and not put back on right. It came off and did damage. I spent over $200 getting it fixed. I stopped by Snappy Lube with my bill. Quinton, the manager called the regional manager. After some back and forth it was determined that my skid plate should never have been removed for my oil change and they offered to refund the full amount. About a week later, I received a check in the mail. No one’s perfect and I understand mistakes happen. I truly appreciate them reimbursing me.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, recently Snappy Lube hasnt been providing a high level of service. In years past I found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The last 3 times I've been to Snappy Lube they are still friendly, but it has taken over an hour to complete my service (oil change, tire rotation... and an inspection this time). That isn't time waiting behind other customers, that's the length of time from when my vehicle was brought into the bay. The facility seems to be aging, and could stand for the owners to invest in upgrading equipment and keeping the facilities cleaner.

Previously, I wrote a very positive review. I've been going to Snappy Lube for years. Recently it seems like they always tell me I need something more when I get my oil changed. It's annoying, but not all that unexpected. On Monday, March 28 I went to get an oil change. As I was paying the technician said "Your car was really annoying." I laughed and said "I'm sorry it was annoying. What happened?" He explained that my "skid plate was almost impossible to get off and to put back on." Fast forward to the weekend and I'm driving down 540. I start hearing noises. You guessed it, my skid plate was loose. When I stopped, I could see that the skid plate was barely connected and it had been wedged up under a piece of plastic that's kind of like a mud flap that is in front of my tire. The piece was so bent, it was rubbing on my brand new tire and scraping along the pavement. I had to cut that mangled piece off and reconnect my skid plate using tons of zip ties. If I can get a response from customer service about reimbursing me for the repairs that need to be made, I might consider increasing the stars on this review, but I don't I will ever return as a customer.

We will never bring our vehicles here again. This location is convenient as it’s 3 miles from our house, which is why we went here especially having 2 small children. Of course while I was there they said there were 3 things wrong with my 9 month old vehicle, which I declined. The oil was changed on our vehicle and within 2 weeks oil had begun leaking. There was also a piece of the undercarriage hanging down below where the oil filter sits. We took the vehicle to the dealership and they said 2 bolts had been broken off, they didn’t put the oil filter on tight enough, and didn’t reattach the undercarriage properly due to the broken bolts. The “diaper” had to be replaced which cost $100. Needless to say- do not go here for an oil change unless you’re willing to risk something not being done right and having to resolve and fix it later.
