I was approved online and I've been dealing with Speedy Cash for over a year now. My complaint is with the lack of professionalism of the employees there, my first time picking up at this location. I waited in line with two people in front of me for over 30-45 mins. There were people that came in behind me, but the were allowed to just skip the line because people there knew who they were. This made the wait longer for other that had been there waiting. Finally I was called to Erica's window. She asked for my debit card linked to my bank and I explained to her that I was waiting for another one because my card had been lost, but that I had my bank account and routing info, she very rudely said "no...no sir, that's not good enough. I need your DEBIT CARD." I showed her the email where it said to either bring a debit card or bank account information. She looked over to her supervisor to ask them if they could accept that (which she should have known that they can). I was giving her the bank account info and she said she needed me to log into my account on my phone so they could see the list of transactions. Which seemed strange to me but I showed her through the window. She explained that she couldn't see and asked to see my actual phone. I was in need of this money so I obliged. She then started thumbing through, going back, and doing I don't know what on my phone and she got offended when I asked her what exactly she was doing on MY PHONE. I don't even let my GF go through my phone like that and definitely not a stranger. I asked her what she was trying to find and that I would show her. She said "that's ok...I'll find it" and I insisted she give my phone back. She wasn't even on my banking screen. she closed out what she was looking at when she gave my phone back. When I told her that I've never had this problem at the location over by Town East, she told me very rudely "well go over there and let THEM help you" and shoved my stuff to me through the little hole in the window. I explained to her that I wasn't saying it like that, and she said "Look sir (rolled her eyes)I don't care." When I asked her what her name was and let her know I was going to call corporate she said "that's ok sir, you can call whoever you want, we only process payments for Speedy Cash we don't answer to them. It won't affect me one way or the other." Which I find odd because the name Speedy Cash is on the building and I know they don't let you just use their name and represent them any way you want to. Well I went to the other Speedy Cash to pick up money. I gave them all my info, like I usually do, and they asked for the confirmation number. They entered a couple of times but couldn't find it. They said I would have to log into my account and reapply. When I went to reapply, I couldn't even log in or access my account. It said my email wasn't in the database. After talking with corporate later I found out that Erica had not only cancelled my loan I had applied for, but blocked me from online access. They said I would have to go into a Speedy Cash store to give them all my info again and basically start the process all over. I don't need the money bad enough to have to go through all of that. I'll just pay off my current loan and be done with them. How does an hourly employee have the right to block access to a paying customer because they're having a bad day or get offended? I can't even make payments online now, which I have always been able to do. I'm waiting for a call back from corporate and their district manager (which I find odd that they have if they don't have to answer to anyone). This is the problem with many of these hourly employees that get on a power trip. They abuse the little power that they do have to harm other and be vindictive. That's ok...Karma is a...well...you know.

I called earlier today to ask a couple of questions about the loan process. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Angelica. She was very thorough, and she was very sweet. I'm hoping that I will get the opportunity to do business with them. She made a really good impression.
