Good morning Aadron, Yes, the title does have to be in your name. If you are not the owner of the vehicle they would need to co-sign on the loan.
Dear Joe, We have two loan options. Installment loans which all you need is a valid Texas issued ID, Social Security Card and an open Checking account! We also over Title Loans which you need your Vehicle (For Visual Inspection Only), clean Texas Title and a State Issued ID. We strive to have the best customer service and rates in the DFW area and your 1st loan is interest free if you pay back within 14 days!
Whatever you do do not get a loan through this company the interest is outrageous so they can take you car worst place ever mark my words
