The worst service ever at this location

This is the worst Wellsfargo branch I have ever been to. There are people waiting and no system to identify the order. With only 2 people ahead of me, I have been here over an hour. There are 3 empty offices but the employees are chit chatting. Let me put it this way. Their Christmas Tree is still up and it is January 18th. Nothing like the branch on Red Road and SW 9 Street. This is a poor reflection of Wellsfargo.

Just went to this branch to make a transaction and thinking of opening an account... its sad to say what humanity has come to. I would not even give one star because of the lack of education and disrespect this employee had towards me was in humane. His name is JOSEPH.. as a bank teller or representative you should lead by example of the best customer service as that is your main job besides counting money. Never will go back to this branch and the executive positions at this branch should look into this individual and working in the position hes at. Very rude and no education.
