they sold most of their accounts to another company and didnt bother to tell anyone, so when I attempted to make my payment as I do every month, (on line) I got the pop up that said it couldnt find my account. took 2 month to finally be able to connect with the company, because the phone # I had was taking me to the new company, whom told me they have no record of my account. Now my account is in collections and only a balance of $600 out of $22,000... What kind of a company operates like that? I would advise NO ONE to finance through Sierra Auto Finance. My credit suffers their lack of professionalism and responsibility.

What a joke! So glad their business went under because the women who worked for them were so freaking ghetto and rude, it was like ordering crack from a drug dealer every time I spoke with them. I should have known better when they kept referring to my vehicle loan as a ‘car note.’ Also, started receiving rude messages and harassing phone calls after I busted the manager pocketing money that I was making toward my payments. Also, made super homophobic comments pretty regularly. Oh well, guess those women have gone back to collecting child support from their baby daddies. 🤷🏻♂️

romulos barnausomos if you support Sierra Auto Finance so much why aren't you paying them with a 19 interest rate and they charge you $4 on your account balance everyday by ripping off their customers
First Investors Servicing Corporation handles collections for them.
I don't like they service compare to Sierra I'm just trying to hurry up and pay my truck off to get from under them by the grace of God I owe $2,800
Been dealing with the same issue since the end of February. Insurance company totaled my car due to covered up damage the car lot hid prior to me buying it, and still had a balance of 2200. Beginning of March, I got a letter dated February 25, stating Sierra was handing over the account to a new company, yet ever since then, there is No record of my account, nothing......
I doubt they would if so count it as a blessing..... I would not give this bank my time nor day.
