Been dealing with the same issue since the end of February. Insurance company totaled my car due to covered up damage the car lot hid prior to me buying it, and still had a balance of 2200. Beginning of March, I got a letter dated February 25, stating Sierra was handing over the account to a new company, yet ever since then, there is No record of my account, nothing......
I spoke with their rep and was told they have no record of my file yet I cannot get in touch with Sierra

They did take over them that's who I made my last months payment to and no issues or calls from sierra
Yeah it looks that way. I haven't received the welcome package yet. but so far that's who we all that deal with. My balance is $3,400 I'm just trying to pay it off. And get away from this company I have no knowledge about. When I get under 3,000 I'm a request my payout amount
