Overall this is a good place to live. As long as you pay your rent on time, the office doesn’t bother you. Pros: The neighbors are pretty chill and mind their own business. There is a club house available and a play area. There is a laundromat onsite if you don’t have a washer dryer. There is a little dog park to let your dog off the leash if you have one. The pool is nice and has lots of chairs and table for everyone to use. Some carport covering if you want to pay extra for it. A nice gym area with some good equipment options. Cons: Poor communication on staff change over. The staff changes all the time and they don’t send out welcome letters with picture or information to the residents. The whole maintenence staff changed over a while back and I didn’t even know. So that was frustration when a guy showed up to fix my toilet with no office or bridgepoint ID to confirm. But he did have my work order so I felt a little better about letting him in. Same the the girls in the office. Other than the Property Manager the other office staff keeps turning over. After the last firplace inspection they were deemed hazardous and boarded up “for now”. They currently do not have any plans to fix them. Not a lot of community engagement from the office. Original apliances. They still work well just doesn’t match the cost of the apartment. Again overall it’s a good place. I will be signing for another year.

This place is a joke!!! The office staff has no idea what their doing or what's going on. They are no help and extremely rude!! They will tell you that you can move in on a certain date and then never contact you to let you know that they have not been able to fix all the maintenance issues and that they have no idea when you can move in. They could care less that your coming out more money having to wait on them. Worthless people and place to live. DONT MOVE HERE HORRIBLE PLACE!!

Bridgepoint was the worst place to live. When we first moved in the apartment wasn't move in ready whatsoever. I was really excited when new management took over but they were worse than the original management. We had an issue with our washer's hook up and I was told they had to order a new piece for it. I checked up with them for 2 weeks straight and they kept claiming the part had not come in yet-my husband was so annoyed he fixed it himself. A month after the work order was put in a maintenance man came in and tightened bolts. That's it. A whole month just to tighten some bolts. Not long after a piece of the ceiling from our bathroom fell and almost hit me in the head-I called the emergency maintenance number and never got a reply, my husband ended up fixing that on his own as well. 99.9% sure the new management never once sprayed for pests as well-we would find roaches everywhere & our dog ended up with fleas. Management never once told us when they were doing renovations and I ended up with cement on my car, as well as my husband being stuck in our second floor apartment because they were fixing the stairs without any warning. There was also a few times when we had to call management because they would go days without picking up our trash. We payed way more than what our little one bedroom apartment was worth, and you had to stay on management's back to get anything done. We are so glad we broke our lease and moved. Not worth the money here at all.

Since the new management took over at the end of 2019, the complex has gotten SO much nicer. The exterior of EVERY unit was painted. I made a maintenance call to replace my garbage disposal and they replaced my faucet as well. They also upgraded my bathtub! I've been here almost 8 years and they are making this community a wonderful place to be.
