Ordered via UberEats. We requested utensils but were given one fork and several knives... which is a problem when soup is part of your order. Luckily for my husband, the soup consumer, his French onion soup had almost no broth in it so he was in fact, able to eat it with a fork. Weird. He said it was the worst French onion soup he's ever had. Part of my order was mac & cheese in a bread bowl. Instead, I was given a whole loaf of bread with no mac & cheese. The bread wasn't even hollowed out. The bagels we ordered were hard as a rock and the cream cheese was flavorless and had a gritty texture. Very poor quality. We did receive a partial refund thru UberEats but really wish that UberEats didn't have to take the hit for Panera's bad service.

I ordered 2 bread bowl broccoli cheese soup which is fabulous! I did not check my order because the order ticket was correct. When is got home expecting yummy soup….no bread bowls (was charged for them) and the wrong soup!! I live too far from the Cedar Hill restaurant to take it back. Very sad!

I’ve ordered delivery from this location 4 times. Using the Panera site and also delivery apps. 3 out of 4 orders were missing items. We always order two of the baguettes, the full loaf, along with a meal. Yet it seems to be an impossible for them to remember to include the two baguettes. I guess completing the order by walking those 10 steps from the food prep to the bakery is just beyond their brain power, and obviously no one does quality control. Do NOT order delivery from this location. Or if you must, use one of the delivery apps — at least they’ll refund for missing items. This store won’t even answer their phones.

Cashier was friendly, quick without rushing and helpful. Very clean. Food was good with nice presentation. Only complaint was I could hear the kitchen loudly laughing and cursing from my window seat. I had the Baja chicken bowl and my son had the the pick 2 grilled cheese and tomato soup.
