My fiancé had been staying there for Almost a year he complain about having trouble breathing because it was something in the air he constantly complained After numerous complaints they had someone to come in and found out they had black mold and all the ducks in the bathroom they don’t have a ventilating system they transferred him from one apartment to another to the guest room and he Was constantly getting sick He already had illness of his own and he did not need any additives several times I had to go to ER with him I came in myself to clean it but when I went in there it was lumps of mold on top of the fridge and his food .make matters worse they spray white paint over the duck basically covering the mole The motto they use on the business card is exceptional senior living and I tell you it is very so if you plan to move in your love ones get a flashlight check the vent people have respiratory problems there and don’t even realize mold Some of the reasons he’s no longer staying there and he’s in a better place much much cleaner and they really care about the residence

I have been a resident here for 5 years and having Kiki as an activity director has been the biggest blessing to all of us. She is kind and patient with us, most of all she puts a lot of thought into our activities. Kiki is making sure we have multiple opportunities to get out of the building and takes us on outings often. Kiki makes sure we are included in making decisions about what we do and where we go. The staff here are wonderful; they make us feel like family and take great care of us!

As the Celebrations Director I am enjoying the reactions and growing participation from the residents; they are my biggest cheerleaders, I strive everyday to make their environment a fun and interesting place to call home.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! If you want professionalism, exceptional customer service, sensitivity, efficiency and the best care for your loved one, this place is where you need to go. I needed a place for my 91 year old father.
