We went today and while I will admit this location is extremely beautiful there were many flowers that couldn’t withstand the Texas heat and were withering or dead. There’s lots of places to stop for sitting which is nice. Two locations to eat (neither are cheap by any means for the amount of food you get). The souvenir shop has a variety of items. Our favorite item from the shop was the t-shirts that are color shows when in the sun. Multiple waterfall areas and little rivers throughout. Wednesday was buy 1 get 1 free. There is a fee for parking in their lot as well. Apparently this July tickets will be $5 per person as well which is a great price as regular adult pricing is $16 a person.

I went there to celebrate my birthday recently and had a wonderful time! I love nature walks, so I really enjoyed it. Parking wasn't bad. The food is reasonably priced. This must really be a hot spot for quinceanera, prom and graduation photos! I will bring my daughter there for photo shoot this summer. It is also a great place for a day date! I enjoy taking photos of nature as well, so I had a field day with my camera! Enjoy the photos below!

Beautifully kept gardens, water features, paved walkways with lots of room to roam. Even some of the most popular areas weren't crowded. A great way to spend an afternoon. I encourage you to bring drinks and maybe a picnic lunch and a blanket to take advantage of the beautiful area to just relax and enjoy.

If you like flowers, you’ll love the Arboretum. In Springtime the tulips and hyacinths are so gorgeous and plentiful. There are many other flowers at this time but those really catch your eye. In the Fall they have the biggest display of pumpkins I have ever seen. The grandchildren love running around and taking in all the beauty and exploring the property. Great place to visit, no matter the seasonal.

There are many lovely spots here that could work for that. I'm not sure what's blooming right now you may want to go alone and scope it out. I think their website has a map thay may help too.
Normally, admission is $15, discounted to 12 for seniors (Children general garden admission (2-12): $10 | Children general garden admission (under 2): Free). However, during August, admission is just $2 per person.
They are correct that spring is the best but they have something going all year. I have even been their for a Christmas dinner with church associates and it was decorated wonderfully. 😀
no, they do not.
