What a great experience this past Tues! While checking out thru self check, I needed some help, immediately Cori came to assist, he was pleasant helpful and explained the school donation program. As I exited he offered a cold bottle of water 💧 which was most welcome since it was 108 outside. Cori - you'll be managing a store some day!

This is unacceptable Kroger. Only one bank of self checkouts is open at 10pm. No regular checkouts are open at all. Very lousy service and they clearly show they don't care about customers at all. The person attending the self checkouts was having social hour with her buddies. Also, Kroger does this "locked in low price" nonsense that's upsetting. Example: 60 pack of eggs back in March was around $7... The shelf tag said locked in low price and the take down date on the tag was either late May or early June... Fast forward to late April and now the same 60 pack of eggs is $14.29!!! 😳 and the shelf tag says "locked in low price" 🤣 what a joke! The eggs have more than doubled in price and they're claiming this is a good price and that it's locked in, neither of which are true. I understand that eggs have been skyrocketing in price because of inflation and bird flu... But Kroger! don't be claiming that we're getting a good deal, don't insult our (consumers) intelligence with that nonsense.

This is the worst Kroger in all of Dallas. Its way too busy, there are never enough checkout lines open, and the store always is messy / dirty. Well worth the effort to drive further to somewhere better.

Twenty dollars for a couple breakfast items. Ridiculous. Ran in here to pick up a few things and didn’t realize how much Kroger has jacked up their prices. Plus the store is just generally not very well kept/clean/stocked compared to other Krogers.

I love dogs have a small dog of my own, but leave it at home when you're shopping around the food we all eat. If you have no place to keep your dog safe for while you're grocery shopping you're not responsible enough to have a dog.
As far as I know they don't deliver unless you order through a third party like InstaCart or Favor
