The store is so clean and organized it's a little small but it's worth it

The pharmacy at this Kroger has a phenomenal team behind the counter. I went in shortly after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday and the store was pretty busy. However I had picked up a prescription and I was out the door in no less than 3 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone needing a prescription to go to this Kroger's in Dallas Texas if you're in Dallas go to the one on Capitol avenue you will not be disappointed. I should say however that you do need to put in your prescription ahead of time and wait for them to send you a text message let me know that it's ready to be picked up. You do that and you'll be in and out in no time.

I love this store. It’s cozy, well apportioned, stocks everything I need for a quick shop even thought it’s not the closest to my home. I lived across the street for 10 years before this location opened, so the area still feels like home. The problem is the rude associates. They can be uncommunicative and unresponsive. All 3 associates I spoke to in a 15 min shop were 100% rude. They don’t respond so you have no idea if you need to repeat yourself or risk sounding imperious by asking if they heard you. The 3rd associate was the worst. I asked if she heard me, she heaved a heavy annoyed sigh, “Yeah, I heard you.” I said perhaps if you respond customers will know.” She heaved another long annoyed exasperated sigh then walked away after ignoring what I asked her and the other associate politely to do. The first associate walked away leaving me standing at the front for a few minutes waiting. No idea where he went or why. I’ve never felt the need to write a negative review of hard workers, but there’s no accounting for rudeness. It’s unprofessional and signals a need for better management.
