Worst venue. Staff is nice but... No air. Hot as hell. Overcrowded. Not enough restrooms. Bring cash or pay the high fees for their ATM. The artists were saying how hot is was even. Seriously this venue needs to be updated. Fire codes? There's a "smoking lounge" that basically feeds smoke into the hall where you have to stand for the bathroom. Their phone number doesn't work & they don't answer their email or chat. Seriously hot.

Very basic venue. Paid extra for premium viewing and it was a joke. The place is basically a warehouse, premium viewing is a slightly elevated platform with no seating & only good viewing for about half the spaces they sell. Sound engineering for the main act was so bad that it was physically painful. There are so many great venues in this area. Skip the strip mall warehouse & try out Humphrey's by the Bay or Music Box downtown. Even if you love the band, skip it. Only upside was nice staff and security.

I was honestly scared to come here because of the reviews. We were so not looking forward to this venue we waited until 930 to come thinking a main band usually comes on at this time...and we were wrong. The headliner came on at 8:30 and played until 10. We missed nearly the whole show. A show we paid $100 to see and had been waiting months for. So let me tell you don't be afraid of this venue. The bathrooms were fine, there's a bar, there's ventilation..The staff were less than friendly but all the other stuff wasn't bad. Uber driver did tell us it was a bad neighborhood and not to walk out of parking lot but didn't look too bad. Anyway learn from us. Go early and don't assume they aren't going to be closing at 10pm! Such a bummer

Great experience seeing Sevendust, it was my first show at this venue. Had a great time! Good acoustics and sound, lighting, etc. Large open standing space with breathing room between people. A couple fights broke out, and security kicked the initiators out quickly. Security was in the pit with people which was cool to see. If I had one feedback it's that drink selection was limited to Bud Light products - this is hardly 'craft beer' as advertised on their website. Still, the venue sounded great for a rock show, which is what matters most.

Yes
Yes but they have limited hours, like Wednesday and Thursday only
They will confiscate the stick id they see it, it gets pretty crowded and it would be dangerous. I wouldn't recommend it.
Standing only. No alcohol served for adults either
Hi Alex! Yes we do. For both our sidestage and our mainstage we have ramps for easy access to the floor and ADA viewing areas. We want your experience to be great. Please check in with the box office when you arrive so that we can help you.
We do have side ledges and a premium viewing area
Your tickets can also be scanned from your phone, just make sure the barcode is easy to read and the brightness in your phone is up.
Not much parking. Uber/lyft/carpool if you can or get there really early.
It depends on the show and/or artist. From what I've seen 90% of the shows require proof of a vaccine or a negative COVID PCR test within 72 hours. The other 10% are requiring proof of vaccine.
👀 Not that i know. Beer was the only thing available at the event i attended.
Hi Kye - Tickets can be printed or scanned from your phone. Both are about the same scanning speed. Save the paper if you can! Enjoy the show!
Hi Natalia you can buy tickets at out box office for $45 (cash) or ticketweb at this link: http://bit.ly/33rbh2h

Hi Marvin, we want to help! We have an area that is slightly above the crowd for you to see and can provide a seat if needed. Please check in with the box office or security when you arrive and we will help you. - SOMA staff

I believe they accept any printed or a-ticket as long as it's legit
Yes
Yea, its bak outside alley, where vans n buses unload right by the door where they bring the instruments in from. Where the band kicks it. No couches or lounge area or anything
No
What concert are you talking about?
There is may be 15feet of ledge seating inside. The rest is standing room (side stage)
They usually do. But it's better to buy online because every time I've gone to buy at the door, they've been sold out
