I just spoke with such an arrogant and rude person representing this company. Apparently business is so good he doesn't care how he treats people. Disgusting behavior #dobetter

Hi Shawn, Unfortunately, we are not the ones who mail out checks after a lawsuit settles. That is the job of the claims administrator. If you give us a call we can do our best to help you find out when your check should have arrived.

Holy caps lock Batman. No lawyer is going to discuss private aspects of a case on a public forum. If you have questions, I'd recommend that you call them and ask.
They don't answer questions about cases here - so definitely call them.
They don't answer those types of questions here. In fact, I don't believe they could do so legally. If you want information about your case, you need to call them.

Multi-million dollar checks in the mail? Assuming you win as part of any class-action/etc suit, getting "multi-millions" is *very* rare - even if you died as a result and even with a firm this good. (Very!) Setting that aside, I hope you were being facetious as such a check is unlikely to come through the mail. (I suspect your bank might have apoplexy If you attempted to cash it - lol.) Setting *that* aside, I doubt anyone from L&L actually watches their Q&A page on Google - let alone answers it - let alone discusses the specifics of a case on it. (Would you really want them to do that?!) I'd recommend calling and asking!
