Excellent people and a fine system in place. Slightly delayed with the new electronic filing and filing forma pauperis I received top notch service-helps to be on the plaintiff side of the equation. Having multiple valid complaints to be docketed, heard, decided, and enforced I have made major headway in resolving my claims. Excellent way to hold people who have wronged me accountable. Had similar excellent experiences in Portsmouth a while back (20 years ago) where they can guide you through the process but will not give advice as they are prevented from doing this so phrase your questions carefully. Turbo Court electronic filing easy to use. Brought a Doctor, Lawyer, to the court as defendants and in the process learn the correct avenue to get filed in the correct place.
