I had NP Collins and she was not very professional at all. She was not friendly or compassionate. Collins made me feel more anxious about my appointment and was actually belittling at times. I would not recommend seeing her at this clinic.

I have been impressed each time I have visited this Minute Clinic. Today I saw Betty, who was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. I was seen right on time and she diagnosed me quickly, prescribing me medicine right away. This definitely beats driving into Boston to see my PCP just for a sore throat!

The CVS in Quincy MA on the Southern Artery is the worst service I've ever received. They allowed me to wait 1 hour in pain and then told me 15 minutes before they closed that they could no longer take more patients. I only needed an antibiotic for a sinus infection. They referred me to local emergency rooms - an option that's more costly and been available since long before minute clinic. Apparently that's all that is still really reliable.

I was supposed to be next in line two days ago the doctor there left for day and didn't come out and tell earlier she was leaving at noon and next person would be in 130 and I had to go to work shortly after 130.I would've left 15 minutes prior if she said last customer for day .next day I purposely showed up 8am next day to log in computer to be first in line at 10am. Went back at 930 it was 5 people deep couldn't stay do to work would've been late. This is more a complaint about things you can improve one tell patients in advance if your leaving and you will be serving no one else instead of having them wait you have access to a schedule to see when your employees are in. Second if someone takes the time to drive over before you open he should be allowed to put his name in the system.
