I visit this particular Starbucks location on a near daily basis as I work from my laptop in the lobby each morning. Overall, the baristas are extremely friendly as they impressively remember my name and order, which is always a really nice touch. I love that. My only minor critique is that my order often gets mixed up with the “mobile order” drinks, which causes a delay and requires me to seek out my drink instead of my order being called out by the partner making it. Again, this is small, but it happens too often where I sit there for ten minutes thinking, “hmm it’s been a while, maybe I should check in with the baristas”. Just a small annoyance at times when it happens. Also, do whatever it takes to avoid the drive through and/or parking lot. It is a nightmare because it is in a bad corner location. You will get your drink much quicker if you park on the street and walk in. Overall, 4.5/5 star experience though. Keep up the good work my friends.

Ordered a salted caramel cream brew as i have done 3 times a week for the past year from this location, she handed me my drink and I drove forward. I then realized there was no ice, I circled back and she told me it never comes with ice and was not friendly at all when all I said is there is no ice in my drink. Sadly disappointed when I have had great service from here for a very long time.

So I came this morning and we got two drinks both pumpkin spice, one large and one medium. And there was an inch and more of room from the top. Prices have gone up so it’s upsetting that I basically got a medium for price of large. Still was really good and people were nice but I’m not very happy about my portions

My local coffee shop. Love the atmosphere and views. Have met some great people from the regular customer group and enjoy the conversations. Only thing is the wood chairs are a little firm, for a comfortable extend stay!
