Lexy was super helpful while we were shipping out swag to 10 of our remote employees. We had to have them packaged there and she was so kind and patient during the whole process. They were having issues with the credit card machine taking payment, meanwhile she was apologizing and updating us the whole time. Highly recommend this location, especially Lexy and her amazing customer service!

The Customer Service at this Location is the WORST. First of all the Owner/Mgr. has his 14yr. Daughter working at the counter and working the Register. She had the worst attitude with no experience in Customer Service. I asked if I could see her package up my box in front of me with all my Christmas presents. She told me “NO!” with a Snotty Attitude because she was taking it to the back to package it. Well, how do I know what she was going to do with it? I just paid $50 for shipping and why couldn’t I see my packages being Boxed Up? She said “MA’AM” like if she really meant to say SHUT-UP! I finally asked for the Mgr. who turned out to be her Father with same kind of Snotty Attitude. He totally backed her up and didn’t even care about my requests or concerns. Obviously, the Apple does not fall from the Tree. Expect to be treated like “Crap” at this UPS Store! Also, teach your daughter some MANNERS!!
