It’s a very pretty place with friendly and helpful staff. It’s very new and clean and close to a lot. However, the parking situation is awful. I should not have to wake up to find my car towed when it’s registered. I can’t have family over because you can only have 1 car per lease holder and I’ve already had a friend towed. We pay a good bit to live here, I would love for there to be peace of mind that my car will be in the parking lot every day.

7/2/22 update: I was able to get a garage after asking for one for a couple months. $135/ a month. Just to park in my own apartments. Updating my review 1 star to 3. Management is doing their best (based on reviews) to correct some issues. 1. Parking was limited to 1 guest (used to be 2), 2. Wristbands- to access pool & prove residency & limiting guest to 2 per lease holder (teens kept trashing up the place & pool was over crowded), 3. Limited trash bags to 2 a day & setting times to place trash outside & bringing back inside. (Hopefully this limits the trash stains on the floor & hallway smells). 4. Increased pet deposit to cover clean up cost of irresponsible pet owners who've allowed their pets to relieve themselves in elevators & hallways. 5. Clubhouse privileges have been restored to pre-covid standards, but we still can't hold gatherings due to certain damage caused by heavy winds & hail. 6. Gates are tested routinely to prevent car thefts & residential blugglaries. (Only issue I ever heard is not knowing when they were being tested, now maintenence puts up orange cones) My only complaint I still have is drivers parking in my covered spot. I've reported several times in the past but this continues to be an issue. I'm force to park in the regular parking which only adds on to the parking issue for others as Im force to take a space.

As a new resident I am very pleased with the complex. Staff has been very helpful and even maintenance has fixed any issues I have had extremely quickly. Apartments have a great layout and lots of cabinets and storage. Only issues I have would be that sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of staff in the office, as well as the gym only being open when the office is open, however I am told this will be changed to 24/7 soon. I personally have not had issues with parking.

Beautiful property. Would be much better if we had access to use the amenities at our leisure. Recently there was an "unknown unfortunate event " per office that took away our rights to use the gym and any common area after office business hours. Extremely disappointing as we pay to be able to use these facilities. One of the main reasons I selected to live here was for the use of the gym and all the amenities this property has to offer. Now I'm going to have to pay for a membership to use the gym elsewhere. Not a happy camper about that at all. Rent is way too expensive for what they have to offer. Not happy and probably will not renew unless something changes.

Hi Door Dash, We will not have a basketball court but we will have a great number of other amenities including a bocce court, pool table, shuffle board, two foosball tables and 3 arcade style games! I think you will truly enjoy all there is to do here at Jefferson Woodlands!
