High level summary: Very professional, capable, friendly, helpful, and got my Tesla back to looking like new. I was on a road trip from Chicago trying to get home to family in Canada due to an emergency. On a Saturday night, that trip came to an end as I hit a deer. Here I was 50 miles north of Boston, on a Saturday night with a barely drivable car. I called my insurance company, who were as helpful as I guess they were legally required to be, but no real care for my situation. Even after dealing with this car situation, my family situation still needed me there, so I couldn't hang out for 5 days waiting for an adjuster like they wanted me to do. They said I could get it towed to an authorized Tesla shop and gave me the number to Today's Collision Express. After a couple of nights in a tiny town north of there, I called them first thing Monday morning and spoke to Denise. From that point forward, things started going better again. She got me towed there that day, found me a rental car when I couldn't find squat on my own, and by supper time my car was in their hands and I was driving back to my hotel in my rental, ready to fly out the next morning. My mind was immediately put at ease having read other reviews and meeting the people there. I continued my trip while getting regular updates from Denise on the progress they were making on my car. Tesla parts availability is a bear, which I knew and was prepared for. They still hit my expectations on when the car would be ready. The quality of the work is excellent, they took such good care of my car and gave it back to me in even better shape than it was in before the deer hit -- it's been a while since it's been this clean inside and out! These are quality people doing quality work. I feel like they'll take good care of anyone who walks in that door, since I know what they did for me.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Today's handled a job in less than two hours that another shop failed to accomplish in two separate days. I'm thoroughly impressed with their work and don't plan to bring my Model 3 anywhere else from now on! Waiting room was clean and comfortable, convenient location.

This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. Scheduling was great, they finished my Tesla repair very quickly, were extremely professional and honest. I was nervous I’d be able to see a difference with paint shades but it looks flawless! You would never know! I received two compliments on my car that day. The cost was reasonable and the detail was a nice surprise! Absolutely will be back if I ever need anything. They won me over!
