After 1 month of waiting they returned my car with unfinished work. I had to point them things that must be done. Are you guys professional at all? I do not recommend this collision center to anyone. Highly disappointed. I was told is that my car is old and this is what I get. My car has 40 000 miles on it! Before the accident it was perfect.

I had body work bc I was involved in an accident. I got my car back and it looked like the Arizona desert. It was completely Filthy and needless to say I wasn't happy. They had my car over a month. They told me they would be vacuuming it and wiping things down. I ended up going to get a full detail in Peabody on 10 caller Street. The guy that did it was awesome! I talked to the manager that is in charge of collision and he remeburst me my $200 that I paid out of pocket for my detailing. Overall the work they did on my car was great but they left it a complete mess inside.

I would recommend using G1A Collision center. They were communicative throughout the entire process and kept me informed. The quality of work is fantastic and my vehicle looks brand new after a nasty fender bender. The only downside was that it took longer than anticipated, my car was at the shop for almost 2 months, but I was always kept informed of its status and was never left guessing. If anything, the end result assuaged any burden of the wait time. Fantastic service and quality work. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if I ever need collision service in the future I will be returning to G1A.

The quality went downhill there was a couple chips near tail light look like screw dots where they did the work on. I show the person who in charge of the body works. He didn't do anything about it all he told me is if got worse bring it back , we redo it. So the paint job was imperfect. some people don't take pride of their work. 4/10/22 Thank you Greg Ross for reaching out! Ben reach out to me and fix the problem last week came out awesome! Ben was professional and helpful the nicest guy, he very understanding. It's paid to be fix so it should be done right that all I ask.I told him it not his fault, it just sometime people just don't take pride of their work. Don't get me wrong, I like you guys work been going IRA collision before it moved to the new place! Thank you again Greg!
