I made an appointment to have my oil changed, as instructed by the Firestone website. I took off work early to make the appointment, when arrive at Firestone I was told that the online scheduler means nothing and that they didn't even receive any notification of my appointment, and that they could change my oil IN AN HOUR AND A HALF. I received no email or anything from Firestone to tell me that my appointment was canceled. It seems that employees in service industries now have no interest in doing a good job or providing any customer service, and NO ONE seems to want to do an oil change anymore. I was highly disappointed that I wasted my time and energy, and took off work to do so.

I usually abide by the "if you don't have something nice to say..." mantra, but in this case I feel compelled to leave a negative review so that others can avoid the kind of negative experiences I have had at this Firestone location. Last December I had them do a wheel swap to put my snow tires on our Subaru Forester (tires already on separate rims). In the process, they broke three wheel studs when taking off the lug nuts. This same location had put the other rims on the previous Spring, so if the lugs were cross threaded, they were the ones to do it. I had to pay for the replacement of the three studs that Firestone technicians broke. This is the second time this has happened at this Firestone. The manager at this location told me that this is common with the Subaru studs. This is bogus, this is my third Subaru, and the other one I currently have, which has only been serviced at the dealership, has never had this problem. I called the corporate Firestone phone number and filed a complaint, and filled out the email survey, indicating that I wished to be contacted, and I never heard back. I wanted to be refunded for the broken studs that I paid for. As long as I have the option to go somewhere else, I will not be giving any more business to this Firestone. I was a customer of this place for many years.

First time I went for the complete package they didn't know how to change the wipers on my jetta. I did it myself with YouTube. And they didn't reset my air pressure sensor. I again did this. Some tire specialists hahahahahaha. Then I try twice to to make an appointment for just an oil change. Twice tried twice failed. Don't ever go here.

Update: I dropped off my vehicle at 12:40 for a scheduled maintenance appointment. The staff estimated the finish time to be before 17:00. However, when I called at 16:40, they hadn’t started yet. I understand things happen but a call to inform me that the service was severely delayed would be appreciated. Nonetheless, it didn’t happen. Eventually, they finished everything at 18:00. In brief, a call will give you a higher customer rating. Original: Staff is polite. Price is fair. Restroom is clean.

yes but if your car is all wheel or 4 wheel drive it is not recommended, it can be done but causes wear and tear faster on other parts of the car that normally last a few years and affects how it drives.
