Update: I had another deep tissue massage with Dawn and it was incredible! My backpain was gone and all stiffness/soreness literally disappeared! I got a very thoughtful gift card to this spa and used it towards a deep tissue massage and it was ok. I've had a deep tissue massage in the past and I remember feeling rejuvenated and not wanting it to end. I didn't have the same experience this time. I felt the pressures were uneven on different sides and as a result I felt sore in some places and others didn't feel the same. The place itself is nice but I would've preferred if the spa rooms weren't located so close to the main lobby as I was always anxious if someone could see inside when the door was being opened/closed.

I have never done anything to my eyelashes but I decided to try something new so I made an appointment for an eyelash lift. I was a little skeptical about whether it would make my stick straight eyelashes look better but the results are absolutely fantastic. More importantly the experience I had was absolutely exceptional. Andrea was very personable, made me feel extremely comfortable, and we had a great conversation through the entire appointment which made it fly by. Anytime I felt the slightest bit of discomfort she took care of it right away and whatever it is she did made the feeling go away almost immediately. She made sure to ask if I was comfortable frequently throughout the appointment which I appreciate very much. I would highly recommend going to the skin and Body Spa for any service as the staff there are all extremely friendly welcoming and make you feel at ease and welcomed. I have had facials and other treatments that other spas but nothing compares to the quality and exceptional staff you get at the skin and Body Spa! Oh and something also important to mention, my eyelashes look absolutely fantastic. I actually feel like they make me look younger and I even look decent without makeup now. It's amazing what a small change can do to enhance your parents. I absolutely love the results and I think I'm already addicted so I will definitely be going back in 6 weeks to have them done again. I don't need to put fake lashes on anymore because the results are actually better than the look of false lashes.

I went to The Spa & Body Spa for my first time this past weekend. I recently moved to Nashua and was looking to receive a facial and a lash lift (both for my first time). I read great reviews for this place and liked their wide range of services so I booked an appointment and received Jessica for both services. I cannot speak highly enough about both The Spa and Jessica! Elegant, relaxing, clean, knowledgeable, so amazing! Not only were my services done with expertise and made me feel so refreshed, but Jessica also gave me some tips on keeping my skin glowing and advice for next time. I also bought some of their products before leaving. I will definitely be a returning customer!
