Thete are some percentages off the first time you use a particular service like the first massage or first manicure. Later, you accrue points and that can be saved or used at any appointment to lower the overall cost. Wine or coffee or tea or flavored water available while waiting, if you find yourself waiting.
It's not a spa where you have to sit around in a towel. The front area had jewelry, makeup and products for sale. Off that is the massage and facial rooms. In the back is a bathroom, nails area and small sitting area for drying nails. Next door is their sister company, The Hair Company.
