I've been twice to see Elizabeth. She is quick and does the style just like I like it. They have a hair store upfront so you can buy the hair you need for literally any braiding style. Prices are normal and posted and told to you before the stylist starts so there is no surprises. I will be back

Love this salon, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, trans friendly if that matters to you. I have gotten a few wigs from them, great prices and quality. Will special order as well

I was referred to this place, so I made an appointment on Tuesday 9/14 for an appointment today 9/24 at 4:30. I get there, the recepionist tells me the young lady is running late as she is still with another client and asked that i wait 20 minutes. I go out to my car for 20 minutes, call the salon to make sure the stylist is ready for me. The receptionist says the stylist needs another 20 minutes!!! so basically, just an hour for an appointment that you scheduled a head of time! ARE U KIDDING ME!! Extremely poor service, no respect for peoples time, nor do they honor their appointment times. Just bad business all the way around! I rushed to get off work, went through traffic just to be on time, and you can't be on time? Its a shame that i have to travel all the way to Boston for good customer service. Respect my time and my dollar!

Had a terrible experience at this place. I called and asked for a quote on a Touch up to my dreads and they told me to come in. I went and had a worker named Allen who is the only person who crotchets dreads tell me $140. I asked him would he clean the rest up the dreams as well as fix the roots and he said yes. Fast forward a week and I go in for my appointment and they already forgot about it so I had to share my spot with someone and when he was doing my hair he only did half the work that was promised. I asked him to do it and he refused with a bogus explanation and when I went to pay they changed the price and tried to charge me more. When I said I came in and was quoted $140 they tried to grab more money from me. I paid $140 and left and after I went and complained to the people who recommended this place to me and was told that for their dreads from scratch (not a touch up!) cost them $75, so I paid double for half the work. This place was unprofessional and left a terrible impression.

It. Depends
Yes
You can call and let them know you won't make it. It is allowed and polite to inform them because someone will be waiting to tend to you at that time.
