I'm a little bit reluctant to give them a good review just out of selfishness. This place is great. Staff is super friendly. I would think you could figure how good this place is by the large number of permanent residents that are here. Several have been here in excess of 5 years. Who knows, I may just end up being one of them.

Amazing place to live and the price is awesome I love it here great people good pools ,pond small park for kids washers and dryers and showers are always clean and amazing

Laundry/bath house is clean. Staff is friendly. Lots are really big. Plenty of room for 2 cars at most lots.

If you’re looking for somewhere cheap then it’s perfect. There’s a bunch of shaded spots and they are decent sized. There’s extra parking as well. Neighbors are friendly and the playground is decent However, The pictures and website are false advertisement though. It only shows the “adults only pool” and the video store / tanning beds are no longer there. Kids run around screaming on the “family side” all the time … lots of unsupervised children at dark … no pool monitor… it’s part of a trailer park so…. Yeah …. Just read the news stories There’s a lady that goes thru the dumpsters regularly looking for who knows what … disgusting and scary They don’t take care of trimming tree branches … one fell on our car and did damage and they refused to file in their insurance. The owner basically said it was our fault for not telling them they needed to be trimmed !!!!! Customer service isn’t the best. There’s definitely room for improvement. Save all of your receipts … the older lady argued with me about receiving my payment Laundry room has had a broken washer forever and hasn’t been worked on or replaced so there’s only 3 and the cards to get in stop working all the time Overall it’s an ok place to stay. We moved to another park , paying way more monthly , however it’s super quiet and worth it to us If I had to stay there again I would but it definitely wouldn’t be our favorite place. There’s better options for sure
